The salad has REAL chopped up bacon bits, along with some American cheese and some fresh lettuce among other things. This is just one of the goodies that Ms. Weigart prepares for the School Board meetings every month. It's quite amazing how Ms. Weigart finds time out of her hectic schedule to prepare such a meal for the members of the School Board. Thanks!
